PGE is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and community because it drives innovation and opens access to different perspectives, ideas and backgrounds.
Through the following initiatives, PGE employees are empowered to take the lead on diversity and inclusion.
Nationally recognized as Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality
For the fifth year in a row, we achieved a perfect score when it comes to LGBTQ-related policies and practices. At PGE, we’re proud to be nationally recognized by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation and its annual Corporate Equality Index, a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality.
This accomplishment highlights our company Value to embrace diversity and inclusion. We recognize that a wide range of talents, viewpoints and ideas are important to our success, and we strongly believe in championing a safe environment and culture for our entire workforce.
Advisory Committee on Diversity and Inclusion
The ACDI advises management on diversity-related issues, sponsors educational opportunities and events and acts as a forum to improve the experience of diversity in the workplace.
